- Browse our products by using the categories in the menu to the left, or use our search facility
- Find the item or items you interested in, and click on the 'Add to Basket' button.
- If you have not done so yet, you will be prompted to login with your email address and password.
(If you have not previously registered - you must do so now). - To check the content of your Basket anytime, click on the 'View Basket' tab on our top menu. Add or remove items as you need.
- If you would like to change the quantity of a particular item, click the 'Update Quantities' button.
- When you are ready to proceed with your order, click the 'Create Quote' button.
- Check the quote, specifically the line items and quantities. Feel free to print a quotation for later reference - or proceed with the 'Complete Order' button.
- Check the delivery details. The address you enter when you register is set as the default shipping address - but you can change it for each order if you like.
- For a quotation to be processed to an order, you must tell us of your proposed payment method and agree to our terms and conditions of sale.
- Once you have completed your quotation, you can save it for later reference, print it to keep a copy or for internal purchasing approval, or convert it to an order. Just click the appropriate button. We will contact you by Email and issue you with a quotation number for future reference.
- You can convert the quotation to an order by clicking the 'Complete Order' button then we will process it. Again you will be notified via Email.
- Customers with Account Status must Fax, Email or Post a written Purchase Order BEFORE we will raise an Invoice. Every one else will be invoiced as soon as we process the order.
- We will Email you the invoice for payment.
- For Account Status customers, we will ship the goods as soon as possible, after receiving a confirming Purchase Order, and for every one else, when we have received payment. Goods ship from the Manufacturer's or Distributor's warehouse. The cut off time for overnight shipment is 1.00 pm each business day.
- We prefer payment by Electronic Funds Transfer direct to our Bank as the fastest and lowest cost method of funds transfer. You can also pay using BPAY. The details for payment will appear on the Invoice. If you wish to pay by credit card, a 2% Credit Card Surcharge will show on your invoice. We will accept Bank or Company cheque or Direct Deposit. Regular buyers can apply for Account Status. Call and request an Account Application form.
