of 9 hrs during regular business hours, Mon to Fri excluding HP holidays
* This service is available to users located within 80km of the GPO
* However if this service is required outside this distance or in regional
locations, please contact customer support for contract service quotation
POST WARRANTY: * This service was created for users where their warranty
or care pack has expired
* Provides 1 Year support for selected products at an affordable price
* These can be purchased at any time without any audit being required
* If the care pack is purchased before the original warranty or 3, 4, 5yr
care pack runs out then the Post Warranty care pack will start at the
expiry of any current support
* If the care pack is purchased when all other support has expired then
the care pack will start on the day it was purchased from
* The terms and conditions state the unit has to be in good working order
Otherwise HP has the right to refuse service
* If a user tries to log a call immediately after registering then they are
advised that the first call will be time & materia
